What are the access hours?

Tenants Only, Access the facility at any time, 24/7.
Gate Code required to enter/exit during off hours.

Am I required to store long-term?

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Minimum 1 month requirement. Store short or long-term. A 5-day written notice to vacate is required.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card or by phone by calling (530) 277-9282. Set up autopay with us using a card or checking acct., mail in a check/money order (Allow 7-10 Days) or bring cash, payment by during normal business hours. A receipt can be provided.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. Current registration of each item being stored or proof of ownership, 1st payment, a signed month to month rental agreement, approval of items being stored is also required. Remote leasing using phone/email is available..

What items am I not allowed to store?

Vehicles not related to outdoor rec., in bad condition, damaged etc.. Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids. Personal items, containers. No items over an certain amount in value can be stored.
